Consider a resolution supporting Abiding Grace, a proposed Housing Tax Credit (HTC) project located in the 4200 Block of West Cardinal Drive, acknowledging that the proposed project is located in a census tract having more than twenty (20) percent Housing Tax Credit units per total households, acknowledging that Beaumont has more than twice the state average of units per capita supported by Tax Credits, affirming that the proposed project affirmatively furthers fair housing, and offering expressed support for the project and a commitment of funding in the form of a fee waiver not to exceed $500
