Approval of minutes – December 19, 2017 Confirmation of board and commission member appointments B. Approve a proposal submitted by Air Comfort, Inc. to replace air handler No. 5 at the Police Department Facility located at 255 College Street C. Approve the purchase of 36 tablet computers from DELL for use in the Police Department D. Approve the City of Beaumont Investment Policy E. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to reenter in to a Cooperative Working Agreement with the Rape and Suicide Crisis Center of Southeast Texas, Inc. F. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary for a Rollover Agreement between the City of Beaumont and City Ambulance Service G. Authorize the City Manager to apply for and receive funding through U.S. Department of Homeland Security, 2018 Emergency Management Performance Grant program H. Approve are solution appointing members to the Beaumont Youth Advisory Council

Consider a resolution authorizing Beaumont Retreat W, LP to submit an application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for a proposed Housing Tax Credit project known as the Retreat West Beaumont, located in the 5900 Block of College Street, as well as offering expressed support for the project
